Aspect: Declutter for the new year – clean out your house!
One of the things I think we fail to realize is that our homes empower our bad habits as much as they empower our good habits.
Think about all the things you have in your home… Do snacks encourage a healthy eating style? It depends on the snacks, but I’m going to guess a stash of M&M’s probably isn’t helping. Are sweatpants encouraging me to workout? Or are they encouraging me to sit on the couch and binge watch netflix?
There are so many questions to consider, but the biggest thing still remains: what things do I actually need in my home?
New year, doesn’t necessarily mean new you, but it can mean better you. Which things in your home are good versus which things cause you to stumble is a great thought process to have while cleaning out.
Challenge: Clean out the clutter in your home. Take a picture with your big black trash bags or donation boxes using #empowerandattain!
