2021 Goals

Have you filled in the first few pages of your 2021 planner yet? If not, now is the perfect time. Pick three goals that you would love to accomplish in 2021. They can be anything under the sun. Do you want to be healthier? Do you want to be happier? Do you want to learn something new? Do you want to create a new habit? Anything is game.  

Once you have your goals, figure out why these goals are important. Why do you want to lose weight? Why do you want to read more? Your “why” will be the thing that makes or breaks your goal. If you want to lose weight to fit into size 4 jeans, you’ll give up within the first few weeks. If you want to be healthier to spend more time with your kids and be able to play with them without getting winded, then you’ll stick to it. Kids are more important than jean size.

Next, we help you break your goals down into bite size steps. Each month, you should be improving, so it helps to think about realistic advancements you can make each month, without being unrealistic. You can work from where you’re at and move forward OR you can start with where you want to be in December and work backwards, but you need to make a plan.

Don’t forget to account for holidays, birthdays, vacations, etc. These moments in life will create roadblocks or challenges for your goals. Create a plan now for success later.
